MediCoach Account Deletion Request
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to request the permanent deletion of your MediCoach account and all associated profile data, even if you have already uninstalled the app.
⚠️ Important: Before requesting the deletion of your account, we strongly advise you to export and download your latest medical report in PDF format from the app. Once your account is deleted, all your data will be irretrievably erased from our secure servers.
How to submit your request: Please send an email to support@medi-coach.be with the subject "Account Deletion". Ensure you email us from the exact address you used when creating your MediCoach account. Your request will be processed manually and confirmed within 48 hours.
