The Human Behind the Algorithm: 10 Years Serving Your Health

A graduate of ULB (Université Libre de Bruxelles), I spent nearly a decade working in a pharmacy. During those 10 years, I provided thousands of pieces of advice, analyzed countless prescriptions, and, above all, listened. I witnessed patients' doubts about their treatments, the complexity of chronic illnesses, and the anxiety associated with missed doses.

The turning point: Moving from the counter to digital!

It was behind my counter that MediCoach was born. I realized that my role as a pharmacist shouldn't end at the pharmacy door. Patients need 24/7 support, a reassuring presence that ensures the safety of every medication intake.
